Mr. Feldman is an accomplished trial lawyer specializing in the litigation of intellectual property disputes and other complex commercial matters. Utilizing his experience as a former federal and state prosecutor, Mr. Feldman has litigated numerous cases to jury verdict including cases involving patent infringement, product mislabeling, fraud and other complex business disputes. Mr. Feldman also has extensive experience litigating federal and state civil RICO actions. The South Florida Legal Guide named Mr. Feldman among the best lawyers in South Florida practicing in the areas of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Feldman is also listed in Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite a peer nominated list of Florida's top lawyers.
Mr. Feldman was appointed as an Assistant State Attorney in 1981 by then Dade County State Attorney Janet Reno, where he later rose to the position of felony division chief. In 1985, Mr. Feldman joined the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, where he managed and tried numerous complex federal cases, often supervising the efforts of FBI, US Customs and DEA investigative teams.
