JEFFREY D. FELDMAN, a former federal and state prosecutor, has litigated numerous cases to jury verdict including cases involving patent infringement, product mislabeling, fraud and other complex business disputes. Mr. Feldman also has experience litigating federal and state civil RICO actions.
Mr. Feldman was appointed as an Assistant State Attorney in 1981 by then Dade County State Attorney Janet Reno, where he later rose to the position of felony division chief. In 1985, Mr. Feldman joined the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, where he managed and tried numerous complex federal cases, often supervising the efforts of FBI, US Customs and DEA investigative teams.
