ASHLEY G. KESSLER is an Associate Attorney in the Firm's Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in intellectual property, including trademark prosecution, licensing and litigation, internet disputes, ICANN proceedings, trademark proceedings within the TTAB, copyright and entertainment matters, and patent litigation matters. She regularly counsels clients on all phases of intellectual property licensing and litigation.

Ms. Kessler graduated cum laude from the University of Florida. After one year attending the University of Miami School of Law, transferred and received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, graduating with a concentration in intellectual property law. Following law school, Ms. Kessler received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law, focusing in intellectual property.

While in law school Ms. Kessler worked as a law clerk at Iconix Brand Group, Inc. and clerked in the intellectual property departments of both Miami and New York-based law firms. While in law school Ms. Kessler was also a Clerk for the Hon. Scott J. Silverman of the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for the State of Florida. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kessler worked as an attorney for a New Jersey boutique firm handling various state and federal court matters, including counseling and litigation.

Ms. Kessler is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
