CHRISTOPHER P. DEMETRIADES is a registered patent attorney who concentrates his practice in intellectual property law and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Demetriades' practice includes patent litigation and prosecution, copyright litigation, trademark litigation and commercial litigation. In addition, he has extensive experience representing design professionals and owners in complex commercial litigation, large scale construction disputes and architectural copyright disputes.
Mr. Demetriades has a special interest in construction industry related intellectual property matters. He has also counseled business clients, individual inventors, faculty researchers and engineers on a wide variety of matters including intellectual property matters, contract reviews, general business issues, regulatory matters and commercial affairs. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Demetriades acted as lead counsel on numerous jury and non-jury trials.
