DAVID GONZALEZ focuses his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation.

Mr. Gonzalez received his Juris Doctor, cum laude , from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with honors, from the University of Florida. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Mr. Gonzalez served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert E. Roundtree Jr., Circuit Judge for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida and was a member of the University of Florida Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
