GREGG H. METZGER has been practicing law in Miami since 1989, and focuses his practice in litigation, including appeals, arising in intellectual property, commercial, products liability and public interest matters. He practices in state and federal courts in Florida and throughout the United States.
Mr. Metzger has represented several major manufacturers, banks and other commercial and consumer lenders, common carriers and freight forwarders, domestic and international trading companies, and a variety of other business concerns, ranging in size from closely-held companies to Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Inc.
Mr. Metzger graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1986, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Metzger received scholastic awards and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
