GREGORY BYRON WOOD became Of Counsel to Feldman Gale PA in 2011. Greg focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, electronic information management and e-discovery matters, and licensing and business negotiations related to intellectual property. Greg is also active in alternative dispute resolution counseling and strategies and serves as a mediator particularly focusing on disputes involving intellectual property issues.

Greg's over 35 years of experience in the practice of law related to intellectual property includes: Patent, trademark and copyright infringement; misappropriation of trade secrets and publicity rights; intellectual property agreement enforcement and litigation; domain name disputes; arbitration and mediation; and, business negotiations, licensing and transactional matters related to intellectual property rights. Specific areas of expertise include: Technology and telecommunications; medical devices; E-discovery; appeals; copyright protection of software and architectural works; and, trademark infringement and anti-counterfeiting.

He has handled hundreds of contested matters and has represent clients in court and jury trials, appeals, mediations, arbitrations, claim construction hearings, preliminary injunction and summary judgment proceedings. Greg has also served as a mediator in approximately 100 matters and as an arbitrator (sole, panel member and panel chair) in approximately 25 intellectual property involved disputes. Greg also assists and counsels clients in protecting, acquiring and asserting intellectual property assets, in counseling and representing clients in electronic discovery and records management matters and in evaluating all dispute resolution options and developing optimal dispute resolution and settlement strategies.
