JAMES R.C. DICKEY received his J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law in 1983 where he was the managing editor of the University of Miami Law Review.  After graduating law school, Mr. Dickey worked in private practice more specifically, practicing in the corporate securities, corporate governance and intellectual property licensing areas.  Mr. Dickey has also worked for various corporations where he has served as counsel and general counsel in the banking and telecommunications industries.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dickey was a Captain in the United States Army.  While in the army, Mr. Dickey spent time serving in Germany.
