JEFFREY D. FELDMAN, a founding member of Feldman Gale, is an "AV" rated trial lawyer with more than 30 years of state and federal jury trial experience. Mr. Feldman has "first-chaired" patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition cases. Mr. Feldman enjoys complex litigation and particularly welcomes the opportunity and challenge of appearing as trial counsel late in a case.
Mr. Feldman is skilled in the investigation, preparation and trial of complex cases. Prior to entering private practice in 1988, Mr. Feldman was an Assistant State Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney. As a federal prosecutor, Mr. Feldman conducted many federal grand jury investigations involving wire and mail fraud, drug and arms trafficking, racketeering and neutrality violations. Mr. Feldman investigated aspects of the Iran-Contra matter. Mr. Feldman's investigations frequently required testimony from many witnesses and the acquisition, organization and management of voluminous documents. He indicted and singularly tried many of his cases to jury verdict.
The skills acquired and honed as an investigative prosecutor are the skills Mr. Feldman continues to use today as an intellectual property trial lawyer. Mr. Feldman is a results-oriented attorney who values creativity, detail, organization, and careful research. Mr. Feldman's excellence has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Florida Trend Legal Elite, and the South Florida Legal Guide.
Mr. Feldman left government practice in 1988 and has been practicing intellectual property law since 1995. He enjoys studying and lecturing on patent litigation and other intellectual property topics. He also enjoys classical music and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Musical Arts Association of Miami which supports The Cleveland Orchestra's winter residency in Miami, Florida.
