RICHARD GUERRA is a registered patent attorney concentrating in the areas of commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation.

Mr. Guerra received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University School of Law and his Bachelor in Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University.  While in law school, Mr. Guerra worked as a research assistant to the assistant dean of the law school; served as a judicial clerk for the D.C. Office of Adjudication and Hearings; and interned with the private, non-profit Center for Medicare Advocacy.
