STEPHANIE C. ALVAREZ has devoted her entire educational background and professional career to the intellectual property field. In 1994, Ms. Alvarez graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. In 1993, while studying for her bachelors degree, Ms. Alvarez interned at NASA.
In 1997, Ms. Alvarez received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, as well as a Certificate in the Law and Technology Management Program. While attending Law School, Ms. Alvarez traveled to Hong Kong on a technology transfer mission. Her curriculum of studies in Hong Kong included obtaining a working knowledge of China's business, contract and intellectual property laws.
Ms. Alvarez focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, trademark prosecution and the procurement of domain names.
