MARGARIDA R. VELIKY, CP, FRP, is a Certified, Florida Registered Paralegal, who received an AS with honors, Legal Assistant Program from Miami Dade College. Since joining Feldman Gale in 2001, she applies her significant knowledge to assisting the firm's attorneys in the area of complex commercial litigation.
She possesses over 28 years of legal experience in diverse areas of law such as litigation, admiralty, probate, real estate and corporate. During her career she has managed multi-state litigation for communication and media clients as well as financial institutions.
Ms. Veliky is an active member of several legal assistant and paralegal associations, including the Dade Association of Legal Assistants, of which she is a past president.
She obtained a BA in Anglo-German Languages from the University of Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese. In 2008, she was accepted by The Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal.
