Four Feldman Gale Partners Make2007 Edition Of The Best Lawyers In America

MIAMI, FL –The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A. is pleased to announce that partners Jeffrey D. Feldman, James A. Gale and Samuel A. Lewis have been selected for inclusion in the 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®.

Feldman, listed for intellectual property law, is a former federal prosecutor focusing his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent and technology licensing disputes, as well as complex commercial disputes and civil RICO litigation. In addition to Best Lawyers in America®, Feldman is a member of Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite”, South Florida Legal Guide’s “Top Lawyers in South Florida”and was recently named a top lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers 2006. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Florida and a law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law, where he also wasa member of the University of Florida Law Review.

Gale, also listed for intellectual property law, is a Registered Patent Attorney that focuses his legal practice on matters particular to intellectual property litigation and counseling. Gale was recently named as one of the “Top 10 Intellectual Property Lawyers” in the nation by United States Lawyers Rankings. He has handled over 300 injunctions in over 35 different states around the nation. He is the former Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Florida Bar where he served for the last two years and is a member of the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. Additionally, Gale has been consistently voted as a member of Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite”, South Florida Legal Guide’s “Top Lawyers in South Florida”, and most recently as a top lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers 2006. Eisenberg, listed for intellectual property law, concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation, entertainment law and complex commercial litigation, including trademark and copyright infringement, trade secrets and related matters. He is also the immediate past chair of the Florida Bar Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section and recently received the Dade County Bar Put Something Back Pro Bono Award for the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts for his pro bono representation of the New Theatre in Coral Gables as its general counsel.Additionally, Eisenberg was voted as a “Top Lawyer in South Florida” by South Florida Legal Guide and was recently named a top lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers 2006. Eisenberg received his undergraduate degree and law degree, cum laude,from the University of Miami School of Law.

Lewis, mentioned for both information technology law and technology law, focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property and technology law including computer law and Internet law. In addition to Best Lawyers in America®, Lewis was selected as a top lawyer in Internet Law and a “Top Up & Comer in South Florida” by South Florida Legal Guide. Additionally, Lewis is a past chair of the Florida Bar’s Computer Law Committee.
