FELDMAN GALE HIRES MICHAEL CESARANO AS NEW HEAD OF PATENT PROSECUTION DEPARTMENT

MIAMI, FL The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that Michael Cesaranohas left Akerman Senterfitt to join the firm as head of its patent prosecution department. Cesarano will focus his practice on patent prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and the nationaland international registration of various forms of intellectual property.

While at Akerman Senterfitt, Cesarano concentrated his practice in the area of protecting intellectual property rights through administrative proceedings, arbitration and litigation. Before going into private practice, he worked as a patent attorney at Boeing Commercial Airplane Company, combining his background in the United States Marine Corps with his litigation skills.

Cesarano is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and board certified in civil and business litigation by the Florida Bar. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania, Washington and Florida Bar Associations, and is a Registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association, the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.

Cesarano received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law, his LL.M. from the University of London and his B.E.E. from the University of Virginia.

He resides in Miami Beach, Florida.
