FELDMAN GALE EXPANDS TAMPA OFFICE WITH THE ADDITION OF TWO ATTORNEYS TAMPA, FL - The intellectual property law firm Feldman Gale, P.A. is pleased to announce that Alejandro "Alex" J. Fernandez, Leslie A. Dempsey, and Cynthia A. Lovell have joined the firm's Tampa office. Fernandez joins the firm as a partner, Dempsey as an associate, and Lovell as an IP administrator. Prior to joining Feldman Gale, P.A., each of them worked with the Tampa office of Broad and Cassel. "We are thrilled to have professionals of Alex, Leslie and Cynthia's caliber join our firm," said Jim Gale, founding partner of the firm. Fernandez, who is Board Certified in Intellectual Property and a registered patent attorney, served as head of Broad and Cassel's Intellectual Property Group. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, protection and transactional matters and has counseled numerous individuals, private and public companies and governmental bodies in patent, trademark, copyright and Internet-related matters. Fernandez is a member of The Florida Bar Association's Intellectual Property Board Certification Committee, a member of the Florida and Illinois Bars. He received his undergraduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and his juris doctor from the Franklin Pierce Law Center. Dempsey is a registered patent attorney concentrating in the areas of trademark prosecution, including all.htmlects of the trademark registration and maintenance process, and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark and copyright litigation. She is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and United States Patent and Trademark Office.
