FELDMAN GALE PARTNERS GREGORY HILLYER AND NICOLE GALLI PRESENTING AT ABA'S 26TH ANNUAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW CONFERENCE PHILADELPHIA, PA - Gregory Hillyer and Nicole D. Galli, partners with the intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, are scheduled to present at the American Bar Association's 26th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference, held April 6-9, 2011 in Arlington, VA. Hillyer will participate in a CLE Roundtable on April 6 entitled, "Obviousness Rejections at the USPTO: Prosecution Strategies," and Galli will participate in a CLE panel on April 8 discussing the case Therasense, Inc. v. Dickinson & Co., and its impact in the intellectual property community. Hillyer is a Board Certified, Registered Patent Attorney focusing his practice in the field of intellectual property litigation. He received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Temple University, his Master of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York. Hillyer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and the District of Columbia. Hillyer teaches trial advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at the American University Washington College of Law. Hillyer is listed in Best Lawyers in America®.
