Feldman Gale Welcomes Rafael Perez-PineiroMIAMI, FL - The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Rafael Perez-Pineiro has joined the firm. Perez-Pineiro is a Registered Patent Attorney and Electrical Engineer that focuses his practice on patent procurement, licensing, counseling and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was in-house counsel for IBM Corporation, an attorney with Stroock, Stroock & Lavan, and a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Perez-Pineiro was an electronic engineer with the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Md. "We are pleased to have Rafael join the firm," said James A. Gale, founding partner of Feldman Gale. "His wide range of legal experience, combined with his extensive knowledge in the area of electrical engineering makes him the perfect complement to the firm's existing practice." Mr. Perez-Pineiro is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Florida and the District of Columbia. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, his M.S. in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law. |
