FELDMAN GALE PARTNER JAMES A. GALE TO SPEAK AT FLORIDA BAR INTERNATIONAL LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION CONFERENCE
MIAMI, FL - James A. Gale, partner with the intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A., is scheduled to speak at The Florida Bar's International Litigation and Arbitration Conference on February 12 at the Conrad Hotel in Miami. Gale will be serving as a panelist in a presentation entitled, "Developments in International Intellectual Property Litigation."
Gale is a registered patent attorney specializing in counseling and litigation of intellectual property disputes and has represented companies in cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, covenants not to compete, theft of trade secrets, and other similar matters.
He is the past chair of The Florida Bar Intellectual Property Certification Committee and serves on the board of directors of HANDY Inc. (Helping Abused And Neglected Youth). He received his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Florida.
