JAMES A. GALE NAMED TO MIAMI, FL - James A. Gale, name partner with the intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A, has been named to the United States Lawyer Rankings list of the nation's top 10 intellectual property lawyers. He is the only attorney in the state of Florida to receive this honor. Attorneys selected for inclusion in United States Lawyer Rankings are nominated by members of the Bar, Judiciary and by the senior management of large corporate and institutional clients. The attorneys are then ranked via confidential questionnaires graded out of 100 points and an ethical background check. Gale is a registered patent attorney specializing in counseling and litigation of intellectual property disputes and has represented companies in cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, covenants not to compete, theft of trade secrets, and other similar matters. He is the past chair of The Florida Bar Intellectual Property Certification Committee and serves on the board of directors of HANDY Inc. (Helping Abused And Neglected Youth) and the American Red Cross of Broward County. He received his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Florida.
