Patent Attorney Stephanie C. Alvarez Named Partner At Feldman GaleMIAMI, FL – The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale has announced that Stephanie C. Alvarez, a Registered Patent Attorney, has been named partner. She focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation, trademark and patent prosecution. Alvarez received her Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the L. S. Smith College of Engineering at Syracuse University and her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. As an undergraduate, she served as President of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and was a member of the American Institute of Aerospace Aeronautics. In addition,while in law school, Alvarez participated in a study abroad program, Technology Transfer in China: The Hong Kong Gateway, where she obtained a working knowledge of China's business, contract and intellectual property laws. She also served as an intern with NASA in Washington, DC. Alvarez is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and, in 1999, was admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of The Florida Bar Association, International Trademark Association, Intellectual Property Law Association of Florida and American Intellectual Property Law Association. |
