Feldman Gale, P.A. Hosts American Bar Association's Intellectual Property Roundtable

MIAMI, FL - The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A. is hosting a roundtable for the American Bar Association Litigation Committee on Intellectual Property on June 1, 2007 at noon. "Who is liable for speech in cyberspace?" will discuss freedom of speech issues associated with the Internet and the liability of those who provide services to the Internet for the content posted and provided via those third parties.

"There are many intricacies associated with speech on the Internet, and it is fast becoming a growing.htmlect of intellectual property law," said Steven Eisenberg, a member of the firm who is moderating the event. "In order to properly handle these situations, we need to examine past case studies and learn from their outcomes, which this roundtable will do in depth."

The event, which is being held at Feldman Gale's offices, One Biscayne Tower, 30th Floor, 2 S. Biscayne Blvd. will cost $25, Florida Bar CLE has been applied for.
